H. Clay Fulcher

Clay has over 25 years of experience in agricultural law working to protect the rights of farmers and ranchers. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming and Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1976 with a degree in agriculture. He received his J.D and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1988 and in 1991, respectively. He currently resides in Wyoming and is a board member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.

Clay began the practice of law in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1988. During his entire legal career, he has always concentrated in the representation of farmers and ranchers throughout the United States, including those involved in dairy, swine, poultry, and grain production. During the 1980s, Clay represented numerous farmers in administrative appeals before the Farmer's Home Administration (now FSA). During the early 1990s, Clay was responsible for establishing a national cooperative association and numerous state cooperative associations for various poultry grower groups.
